    As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at AussieVPN. We'll be as brief a s our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at AussieVPN, you agree to the terms set forth below along with AussieVPN's Privacy Policy.

    If there's something wrong with the product you bought, or you are not happy with it, you have the option to request a refund within (30) days of the original purchase date.

    If you would like to request a refund, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines.

    Refunds

    We at AussieVPN commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best services. Every single service that you choose is thoroughly inspected, monitored and tested with the utmost care. We do this to ensure that you will fall in love with our services.

    Sadly, there are times when we may not have the services that you are looking for or may face some issues with our services. In such cases, we may have to cancel your services. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your service. If you have purchased via Online Payment (Stripe) then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

    We carry out thorough troubleshooting and checks before processing refund requests to ensure we are not able to rectify any potential problems with our service. Please note that AussieVPN is not liable for damages that are caused to your personal computer when attempting remote troubleshooting of our services.

    We will revise your request as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
